Excellent service from Espressodepots.com
I was looking for a spare steam tip for my ecm machine that I could not find elsewhere. Espressodepots.com had a choice of several choices 2,3,4 and 5. I choose the 3 hole tip as the 2 hole that came with the machine was just to slow. The 3 hole tip is a lot faster for steaming milk and is a great difference frrom the 2. I am glad I got the 3 hole as the speed of the 3 is fast I think going by that the 4 or the 5 hole tip would have been to much to use properly.

Normally I refrain from reviews, but in the experience I have had with Espressodepots.com has been above and beyond my expectations, firstly, I ordered a new machine and it was delivered straight from the manufacturer, upon receipt it was damaged. After contacting Espressodepots.com, both their support department and the director herself went out of their way to correct the issue and sort out a new machine for me. Probably the best customer service I have ever received, amazing!
