I had a chat with Liam at Espressodepots.com prior to ordering my Lelit Bianca. He was super helpful and friendly and generally made the whole experience much smoother (even threw a couple of bags of coffee in for me)
I was a little bit apprehensive as they were a tiny bit more expensive that competitors and I am notoriously a penny pincher with things like this but ultimately it was more than worth it for the customer service and peace of mind with their warranty if anything does go wrong

I’ve heard so many great things about Espressodepots.com so chose them when I decided it was time to invest in a new grinder and a few other bits. Shipping was next day and inside they’d very kindly included some beans to season my burrs and a bag of delicious coffee to try too.
