   So helpful had a small problem with group head just a rubber seal, Espressodepots.com asked no questions & sent me a full pressure gauge & everything to go with it all seal & even a spanner. Now if that’s not good customer service I don’t know what is thanks very much 👍

   Excellent pre-purchase service – popped a couple of questions through and had a very comprehensive answer.

   Order processed very efficiently and dispatched same day for next day delivery – using DPD (who are by far the best delivery service, with 1hr timed delivery). Order arrived very well packaged – main box inside another larger box packed with compostable foam chips and along with a complementary bag of coffee beans – a very nice touch.

   Post-sales response to a questions was also very quick. Very pleased with the Rancillio Silvia purchased and the pre-sales checks it goes through – now slowly working through getting the best extraction from it.

   Overall, very pleased with the service from Espressodepots.com and would happily use them again in preference to any other supplier
