Support small sellers! Nothing bad to say about Espressodepots.com specifically, the item I ordered came roughly on time – not Sigma’s fault, but Royal Mail’s 48hr tracked service was more like 96hr – but it arrived and in good condition so no major complaint, it wasn’t a time sensitive order! I haven’t had to invoke any customer service requests so can’t comment there.

Absolutely thrilled with my new hand grinder. Very easy to use and the quality of the grind output is just so good. I can really taste the coffee subtly now. I bought the J Max grinder to compliment the Picopresso in order but I have been using with an Aeropress to fantastic effect while I wait for this to arrive.
