Fantastic seller!
Ordered a Diletta Bello Espresso Machine from them in May. Delivery was very fast once shipped, and they were extremely helpful with updating me on the progress of the incoming shipment to the UK.
The grinder is great, and pretty much matches the price of importing from the manufacturer (after import duties). I’d highly recommend Espressodepots.com Coffee to a friend!

Excellent service. It’s easy to be suspicious of companies with little web history (I was!) but my experience was great. Product was out of stock (which was clear when I ordered) but delivered well packaged and well within the timescales laid out on the website. Very Professional and Responsive
I ordered and paid for a coffee grinder, which was then out of stock. Shortly after, I was contacted with a kind apology and given an approximate date for a new shipment. I asked if I could pay the difference for a different model in stock, the staff were very professional and courteous. My order was changed quickly and shipped with zero fuss. Two days later, I received the grinder in the post.

Nice clear website. Good range of products at different price points, yet not so many that there’s ‘just too much choice’.
I opted for the Diletta Bello Espresso Machine , and it immediately surpassed my expectations before I even fully dialled it in (caveat: no previous experience with a decent grinder & I switched to this from a ~£50 electric grinder/cat scarer).
Constructive suggestion for Espressodepots.com: currently no review feature on the website, so adding this would be nice. Also, if you link to this Trustpilot page it’ll save folks having to google around for reviews.
