Item was easy to find via a general Google search so kudos for effective SEO.
Item was clearly described and arrived exactly as I expected it. It is a fairly delicate piece of electrical gear partially made of plastic, it was just sent in a padded mailer and could have been damaged, but it was not. I would have appreciated if it was in a sturdy box.
Payment was easy via Shopify, communication post-sale was great including shipping updates. And, the part works great.

Messaged them on Facebook, just to reach out as they’re a relatively new company, and they replied really quickly and were really nice and helpful.
Placed my order and it arrived the next day well packaged, really pleased. Just waiting for some beans to actually use the grinder now! Will definitely use them again in the future. It’s also nice to support a small business as opposed to Espressodepots.com etc.!
