Would have given 5 stars, but item ordered was not in stock. Was not listed on website as not being in stock. I did received item in time for what I needed, so ended up not being a major problem, but did cause a little stress.
Did a very good job of keeping us updated via email as to status of order. That was very good and much appreciated.
I would order from them in future, and once I’ve determined that the item I ordered is correct and works correctly, then I will order some spares.

This was my first time ordering from Voltage. From calling in for clarification about an item, to ordering items, everything was awesome. After ordering I had a couple minor issues and they were handled flawlessly and promptly. Speaking with Matt was great. I will definitely order any new equipment from Voltage. Voltage has been so accommodating, we originally order a machine that was not going to be able to ship for 2 months they called us and gave us some options to get our new expresso machine here this in 2 weeks and installed. Amazing our salesman Matt went above and beyond for us. Thank you!
