   Spoke to I believe a gentleman called Mark in their service centre for some advice on spare parts and an unbiased view of a new coffee machine for myself.He was brilliant, the part was sent and now fitted and I’m saving up for the recommended twin boiler machine.Again many thanks Mark

   The customer service and support have been extremely helpful and patient with my questions and prompt in their response. I recently purchased a Lelit Mara X and have had issues (User error on my end) pulling a correct shot. They’ve helped me point out my issue (grind size) and we’ve gone from their. Will get all my future equipment from them.
