Buying an espresso machine is not cheap or simple. I love my coffee but I know I’m not an expert. Enthusiastic amateur at best. So when our old machine started to fade, I spoke to Espressodepots.com (I bought it from them 8 years ago). Technical support helped me try to fix the problem at how, took lots of time to go through everything with an honest opinion. Never pushing a sale but helping me. When we realised the cost to fix was more than we wanted to spend, David in sales was fantastic. Helping me again with what to do with the old machine, not letting it go to waste. Then when I bought the digital experience was spot on. Easy to use and delivery was fantastic. I can’t fault it. And I’ll be back, it might just be another 8-10 years as I enjoy amazing coffee at home. Thank you.
