Mignon Turbo has 65 mm Macine that allows you to have a higher productivity, and is also equipped with the ACE or Anti-Clumping Electrostaticity system also known as the anti-lump system. The anti-lump system that through the elimination of the static charge creates a uniform and consistent ground coffee without those annoying lumps that we see in many coffee grinders today.

By eliminating the electric charge in the ground coffee the system avoids the formation of clumps and leaves your kitchen cleaner. The regulation of the doses is straightforward thanks to the single, double and manual programming through the use of simple +/- buttons fitted below the display. Press the * button in the middle and you will enter a manual mode for personalized coffee shots.

The MIGNON TURBO also has an anti-clump system that through the elimination of the static charge creates a uniform and consistent ground coffee without those annoying clumps we see in many coffee grinders nowadays. The noise won’t be a problem either because thanks to an anti-vibration system called silent technology, you can easily speak and be heard while grinding the coffee. Another feature worth mentioning is the anti-vibration system called Silent Technology. It drastically reduces the noise of the motor and makes this coffee grinder up to 20 dB quieter than conventional coffee grinders. This is very good if you have an apartment with thin walls or if you are talking to someone while preparing your coffee.

Things to Consider

Optional Blow-up: if you have come this far in this version of the Atom, you want to aim for near-zero retention of ground coffee. Eureka’s blow-up system is as simple as effective but its an option you have to pay apart.

Adjust while grinding: in order to avoid coffee beans blocking the ground chamber, we recommend to always adjust the grind settings when the burrs are working.
