Adding on to the incredibly popular Mignon Istantaneo, Eureka upped the ante with the Silenzio. You can probably tell the difference simply by looking at the name. With a new insulated case, motor and anti-clumping system, the Silenzio is one quiet beast of a grinder. Don’t let the quietness fool you – this is still a monster of a grinder from Eureka. Featuring stepless adjustment, 50mm burrs and timed dosing, the Silenzio has all the features you’ve come to love from the Italian grinder manufacturer.
