   Ordered filter coffee machine cleaning liquid pods , they arrived in a flimsy packaging and the box was damaged . The pods weren’t but still the packaging was . Not a good start .

   Very helpful staff (thanks David!) patiently answered all our questions, and they are easily reachable by phone if you have any doubts or concerns before / after buying. Buying thru them is an extra quality guarantee as they know their machines inside out. The espresso machine was delivered next day which was very exciting! Great service from Espressodepots.com, will definitely recommend.

   5 stars again as always. This time I bought a grinder. One part was missing what wasn’t visible until you grind your beans. Contacted Espressodepot.com and they shipped that part straight (even before the factory sent them a replacement part) with 24h Royal Mail service. Already bought 2 espresso machines and a grinder from Espressodepot.com and I’m sure that next time I’ll choose them again.
