PROFITEC PRO 700 BLACK WITH FLOW CONTROL ESPRESSO MACHINE

The Pro 700 features double stainless steel boilers, with 2 L available for steaming and 0.75 L for the brewing. To control the temperature there is an extremely easy-to-use PID where you can select the desired temperatures in both boilers. The PID also features a shot timer to measure the brewing time of your espresso. The water is injected into the two boilers through a very silent rotatory pump which also allows the machine to be plumbed directly to the water supply.

The most impressive and distinctive feature of this machine, however, is the option to install an E61 flow control device. This comprises a stainless steel needle valve which allows you to vary the amount of water flowing through the group. A group mounted pressure gauge will show just how much pressure flow is going through the group. This allows you to have a real pressure profiling machine where you can decide the pre-infusion time as well as the coffee extraction time.
