   Staff are always polite and helpful, I recently placed two orders online which generated 2 p&p’s – this was spotted by a member of staff who rang me and sorted it out, refunding me one of the p&p’s.

   My first profitec 600 did not work.when I rang about it ,I got straight through to a technician and a replacement was organised immediately. This impressed me as I wasn’t left waiting on the phone. New machine is great, only complaint is the translation in the instructions .

   I bought a ECM Classics from Espressodepots.com a couple of month back. Although the item was out of stock when I was looking to purchase David called me as soon as it was available and I was able to order online without any issue.
   Since I’ve had the machine David has been free to answer my questions and has provided excellent service.
   I cannot recommend Espressodepots.com highly enough, great people to do business with
